About Me

With 25 years of experience, Jeff Joehl stands out because of his unique background as both a Settlement Agent and a Loan Officer. Having personally closed thousands of loans on the settlement side before becoming a Loan Officer, Jeff has an insider’s understanding of the entire mortgage process. This experience makes him hyper-focused on one goal: closing on time—or even earlier—with happy Borrowers, Buyers, Sellers, and Agents.

Based in our Rockville, MD office, Jeff specializes in all types of residential loans, including purchases and refinances. He also holds a Juris Doctor degree, bringing valuable legal insight to every transaction.

Outside of work, Jeff volunteers at his local food bank, Manna, and has served on the board and committees of his Condo and HOA. He’s a proud pet owner of four furry (and feathered!) companions: Sky (Boxer), Biggy Tim Chi Chi (Chihuahua), Phoenix (cat), and Pedro (budgie/parakeet).
