With 30 years of experience, Janice Gilbreath is a highly skilled loan officer helping clients from her home base in Huntsville, AL. She’s well known for her ability to get deals done—and is especially passionate about helping first-time homebuyers navigate the process with confidence.

Janice has a long history of leadership and recognition in the industry. She’s a Past President of the Alabama Mortgage Brokers Association (1996) and was honored as Affiliate of the Year in 2021. She’s also an active member of the Women’s Economic Development Council (WEDC). Her real estate journey began early—at just 18 years old, she became the youngest person on record to hold a Broker License in Alabama. That same pioneering spirit continues to define her work today.
