Born in Anderson, South Carolina, and raised in the suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia, Gary now resides in Dunnellon, Florida. He is a proud veteran of the US Navy, having served four years of active duty followed by two years in the inactive reserves. His commitment to excellence is reflected in his academic achievements, holding a degree in Legal Studies and a Master’s in Conflict Resolution.

Licensed in Tennessee and Florida, Gary is known for his "no guesswork" approach to lending. His background in legal studies and mediation allows him to navigate complex financial scenarios with precision, often qualifying borrowers who may have been overlooked by other lenders. Outside of his professional life, Gary is a father of six who spent over three decades in the foothills outside of Nashville, Tennessee. He is also a passionate artist who views real estate as his canvas; he finds great fulfillment in rehabilitating mismanaged properties and restoring them into beautiful homes once again.
