About Me

With nearly a decade of extensive experience in the real estate industry, Faith Tubalado is a dedicated loan officer based in Jacksonville, FL, where she lives, helping customers across Florida. Her background includes working with a builder/developer on both new construction and remodels, giving her an in-depth understanding of the homebuilding process from the ground up. In recent years, she’s focused on helping first-time homebuyers turn their dreams into reality.

Faith holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance and specializes in Florida First-Time Homebuyer programs, New Construction Loans, and 203k Loans. She’s fluent in Visaya and Tagalog, making her a valuable resource for Florida’s diverse communities.

Outside of lending, Faith is a proud girl mom and serves on the Board of Directors for her family’s non-profit, the PATS FOUNDATION. The organization supports children in the Philippines by providing scholarships to pursue higher education.
