With over 20 years of experience, David Bertschi is a dedicated loan officer helping customers throughout Washington from his office in Cle Elum. David prioritizes communication and customer service, making it his mission to ease the stress of homebuying and ensure you feel informed and supported at every step. He has a strong understanding of the local market, especially when it comes to unique properties—like those with limited winter vehicle access—and is known for finding creative solutions to meet a wide range of needs.

David has a passion for serving veterans with VA loans and also specializes in second homes and investment properties. A former reserve deputy for nearly 9 years, he continues to serve his community as a volunteer fire commissioner for Kittitas County Fire Protection District 6.

When he's off the clock, you’ll find David enjoying the outdoors—racing motocross with his family, snow biking, snowmobiling, jet skiing, and camping.
