About Me

Carlos Rascon is a dedicated loan officer helping customers in Texas and Oklahoma from his office in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Raised in Perryton, Texas, his small-town roots have taught him the value of treating every customer like family.  Carlos blends his cultural background with nearly two decades of mortgage experience to serve a wide range of communities with care and understanding.

He got his start in the industry back in 2004 and brings a unique perspective thanks to his background in loan servicing. That experience allows him to support customers beyond closing - answering questions and offering guidance even after the loan has been funded. Carlos is especially passionate about delivering a strong customer experience, not just during the loan process, but long after the keys are in hand.
