Billy Slobin

About Me

With an impressive 39 years of experience, Billy Slobin is a dedicated loan officer helping customers across Michigan, Ohio, Florida, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Indiana. Based in Farmington Hills, MI, Billy is known for his relentless work ethic, honesty, and deep expertise. He is the creator of "Coach Billy Slobin’s 3 Keys to Success: Attendance, Attitude, Effort," a philosophy he brings to every customer interaction.

Billy has been nationally recognized multiple times and specializes in FHA, VA, Conventional, and First-Time Homebuyer programs. Outside of lending, he served as Head Strength Coach for Farmington Hills Harrison Football from 1985 to 2019, winning 11 State Championships. He also coaches North Farmington High School Football and Basketball, including a team that was a 2023-2024 Division 1 basketball state finalist.

When he’s not working or coaching, Billy enjoys lawn maintenance and has a passion for caring for houseplants.
