Complete application

We make it easy to apply – simply fill out a form on our website (recommended), have a face-to-face interview with a loan, or contact us over the phone. After answering a few questions, we’ll calculate your buying power and determine your loan amount.

Application processing

Once your mortgage loan originator gathers all necessary information, including an appraisal and home inspection, our processing team will review all of your documents. This process is completed as soon as possible before your loan is submitted to one of our underwriting team members.

Underwriting

The underwriting process is the final step in your loan application. An approval is issued once all underwriting guidelines, title work, appraisal, and insurance documentation have been reviewed and verified. The loan is then cleared to move to our closing department.

Close on home

At closing, you’ll be given an initial Closing Disclosure to review and sign, in addition to other applicable loan documents. Ultimately, the most important part of the mortgage process is finding a lender who understands your goals and supports your dream of homeownership.
