Carey Riel is a seasoned loan officer with over 20 years of experience, living in Germantown, Maryland, and serving clients across Maryland, DC, Virginia, Delaware, Florida, and North Carolina. With expertise in FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, VA, USDA, DSCR, and Bank Statement loans, Carey brings firsthand knowledge and a deep commitment to helping all homebuyers—including fellow veterans and active-duty military members—navigate their mortgage options.

Since 2011, Carey has been a dedicated volunteer and fundraiser with Ride Allegheny, supporting Operation Second Chance to assist disabled veterans, soldiers, and Marines—a cause close to his heart. As a United States Marine Corps veteran with 8 years of service, he remains passionate about giving back to the community.

Outside of work, Carey enjoys deep-sea fishing, road bicycling, and mountain biking, reflecting his active and adventurous spirit.
