About Me

With 26 years in the mortgage industry, Heather Grasso brings experience, structure, and a strong sense of accountability to every transaction. Born and raised in Voorhees, New Jersey, and now living in Barrington, New Jersey, she serves borrowers across Delaware, Indiana, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Washington, Wisconsin, and Rhode Island. As both a licensed Loan Officer and a licensed real estate professional in New Jersey, Heather offers a well-rounded understanding of the home financing process from contract to closing.

Heather is known for being highly process-driven and detail-oriented, with a clear focus on getting things right from the very beginning. She has experience across a broad range of mortgage solutions, including Conventional, government, DSCR, and non-QM financing, making her a strong fit for both straightforward home purchases and more complex borrower scenarios. Her background in mortgage leadership has also shaped the way she works, with an emphasis on execution, consistency, and keeping transactions moving smoothly and on time.

She stays involved from start to finish, works proactively to prevent issues before they arise, and makes sure everyone feels informed and supported along the way. Outside of work, Heather is active in the Bellmawr, Runnemede, and Glendora Rotary Club communities and works closely with Tiny Paws Rescue. She is also a proud wife and mom of two competitive dancers, and at home, she and her family stay busy with five rescue dogs, all named after Marvel characters, plus plenty of Disney trips and annual Disney cruises.
