Carlos Winffel brings over 25 years of mortgage experience to clients across Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Washington, DC, Florida, Texas, and South Carolina. Based in Rockville, MD, Carlos is known for his commitment to providing exceptional, personalized service — often working evenings and weekends to ensure his clients feel supported every step of the way.

Originally from Lima, Peru, Carlos has lived in the U.S. for more than four decades and is fluent in both English and Spanish. His bilingual communication skills, combined with his warm, approachable nature, make him a trusted partner for a wide range of borrowers.

Carlos specializes in FHA loans but also has deep expertise in Conventional, VA, USDA, Bank Statement, Tax ID, DSCR, and Maryland Mortgage Program (MMP) financing. He’s especially skilled at finding creative solutions for clients with unique challenges, helping them navigate the loan process with confidence.

Outside of work, Carlos has been married for nearly 40 years and is a proud father of three. He enjoys traveling, watching football, and spending time with his dog.
